Oh sorry
couldn't get online properly 
Well, I am a council tenant, 5 of us in a 1st floor 2 bed flat and been on the waiting list for 4 years to upsize. Last year they said they might be able to extend into the loft and we had surveyors and architects round to do a full measured survey of the property. A few months later they said that they had run out of funds
Got a letter yesterday to say that funds have now been allocated and it's full steam ahead and they will be submitting the plans to the council :j
