I remember making a recipe like this many years ago when I lived at home with my mum... so we are talking about.... 15+ years ago... and I did it wrong the mozzerella got stuck to the pan like pink glue and we had to throw the pan away...!!!
Never made that recipe again, but I do make the sainsburys one with your listed ingredients but it includes bacon, peppers and olives... hate olives with a passion, put them in OH's after I've dished...!!Christmas 2020 £109

The woman walked into the supermarket full of fear and dread she knew she had been brainwashed. Could she overcome the curiosity that was bubbling up inside of her, could she resist the temptation that was calling her. She saw them. Lots of them different sizes, different shapes. She weighed one in her hand. Would it be right? Would it satisfy the curiosity she felt? She placed it in her trolley and knew she would never look back.
Or in other words I've just bought a shoulder of pork! Apologies I'm in a very random mood tonight.:)
