I had Tana Ramsay's sausage casserole tonight (but in my case without the sausage). Very yummy and there's a little left for my lunch tomorrow. Thanks for the tuna pasta recipe lurks, I'll give it a try soon.

Lurky, that pasta recipe looks yum, though I'd probably leave out the cinnamon as I'm not over-keen on cinnamon in savoury things and OH def doesn't like it...does it taste strong?

Has anyone found me a slow roast beef recipe yet? If I come home with pork at anytime before Sunday OH will kill me (did see a MAHOOSIVE one reduced to half price in Mr S yesterday...but thought....better not :undecided :rotfl:

nope. Quite basil-y, but that's how (and why) we like it. :) And you can barely taste the cinnamon, just adds a bit of body

    I lurve basil

Basil is the ONLY thing I can grow, I bought a small pot that was reduced in Mr Ts cos it was all wilted and it's now a couple of months later and it's taken over my window cill, it's like that climbing plant that grows up walls, it's also gone all curley? I'm frightened to eat it in case it's a mutant basil plant, like out of day of the triffids or summat......

I might give your recipe a go tonight, all depends on OH as it's him buying the shopping tonight (i.e. we'll probably have steak *rolleyes*).

    Jeez, gotta dash
