I had LO SRP with mash, beetroot, piccalilli and pickled onions (oh and I added some corned beef even though there was tons of LO SRP )

Afternoon everyone, was gonna post this over on the Af/cutting down thread but then remembered that we have a dedicated diner now for all thing delish!
I have Finally got my hands on shoulder of pork with skin on so I can do the slow roasted pork - I've 1.3 kg, smuggled across the border from Germany It will be for thursday night so I have plenty of time to prepare (psychologically that is, have a deep seated crackling anxiety). Am looking foward to seeing what it is that makes you all go drooley and nom nom nomming.

Just eaten half a bagel with chicken and bacon in mayo with salad. Very nice, except half my tooth came out with it :eek:
