Thanks Dragon, looks tasty. Another pork shoulder recipe! We'll soon create a national shortage!:rotfl:
I've been greedy today. Went to a series of meetings that had a large gap at lunchtime and group of us decided to go to local pub (never been there before, new area to me) to have a snack.
Barmaid said we only do carveries here or starters or puddings, no sandwiches or jackets etc So I was forced to have a carvery lunch! Tonight I'm going to have to have the liver and onions I'd planned because it's defrosted and it would be a shame to waste it.:o0 -

Where are you flying to NL?
Kippers for breakfast here, don't know for lunch depends on how hungry I'm feeling and freezer curry for supper.0 -
Was flying to UK from US, landed yesterday at 7.30am
Had further food (OJ and snicker bar) at 4.30 this morning 'cos I couldn't sleep
Just had peanut butter and philly cheese ciabatta butties for brunch.
Off darn saff in a bit for more R&R and a bit of training for work tomorrow... think it will be coffee and M&S butty at Hilton Patk or Strensham for lunch0 -

I think I should pass nationality test if I ever decide to take one. Tucking into fish and chips and can't wait for a cup of tea with a biccie later after DD has gone to bed."Everything will be alright in the end. If it's not alright, it's not the end."

Afternoon all
Thanks for the recipe Dragon, sounds nice! Had SRP last Sunday so not yet in a pork mood but will try it next week.
Today I shall be cooking Guyanese beef and pork curry
Not much happening on the !!!!!! front here, apart from him being constantly off sick from work and complaining about his ailments and playing online poker and watching footie, all's the same....except, he has just taken the 2 littl'ies out to Toysrus this afternoon    he hasn't left the house by himself with them for years, he's taking em by bus. This is obv what he means by 'trying to make it work'. Oh but he said he'll be back by 5pm cos the footballs on tsk.
Haven't got a printer here indoors so a friend has printed off my divorce papers which were ready to download, just gotta either find my original marriage cert or go buy a copy and then find £340 for the court fees :undecided where that's coming from I don't know just yet.
The loft conversation planning application, which if you remember I was going on about last year, has been approved and so decisions need to be made and stuff needs to be organised. I am planning to get OH on the tenancy if it's possible, I will then move out and leave him with the kids and arrange access rights. Done lots of thinking on this and it's what feels right for me.
Hope all's well with everyone? Better move me 'aris cos I been up since 0700 and have done nothing today and I promised a spring clean
Chow for now
