Enojyed chicken thing. It wasn't a curry exactly more chicken (rubbed in thyme, garlic and curry powder and marinated with lemon juice) casseroled with onions and leeks. We had it with pilau rice. I'd probably do it again if I wanted some curry flavour but it wouldn't be top of my list

xx lovely to say hello! xx

    Today
    - roast chookie, yorkies, roast tatties - you get the idea :D unfortunately OH is a bit crook still - so he's tucked up in bed and doesn't know if even a roast dinner will tempt him. Poor lamb.

My service has also slipped lately

Today I'm having jacket potato and cheese for lunch, mince pies for snacks, curry rice and chapatis for tea - all out of the freezer defrosting. Working on freeing up that space for christmas now!

my service not been too good either :undecided

Hiya pips, hope OH makes a quick recovery :)

    Lurkins, where ya bin?

Morning everyone else, it was the smell of home cooked biscuits and nigella cake that lured me in

Made a yummy lamb madras last night with plain rice and boiled eggs, OH mustve wondered what was going on but you know what, I was starving and wanted a decent meal, its been a while you know ;)

Tonight, slop shall be resumed, have a princely some of a fiver to create something magical for the five of us, got potatoes in and that's about it. Pork is 'better than half price' in Mr Ts but won't have time to cook it, plus after last nights feast I don't wanna push the boat out too much :rotfl:

Off to dear ole mummies in a minute for a decent lunch, nothing here to eat, poor OH gonna starve :undecided

  • Afternoon all x

Cheese on toast for brunch and roast pork for tea. I need to go and do a meal planner for the rest of the week - we have a freezer full of chicken and mince so it should be easy.
This time I haven't smoked since 6th Jan 2014 and still going ok.
    Fingers crossed x
