Got my 2p TV delivered today, was pleased with it at first but the colour doesn't really fit in with my living room. Been on the phone to customer services but they refuse to take it back and to refund my tuppence. I could have fed the birds with that money Do I have any rights under the DSR?

The Control of Misleading Advertisements Regulations. This means that although you can’t insist on a shop selling you something at an advertised price, if they have specifically advertised an item at one price but charge another price for it, and if they continue to do so after you have pointed out their error, they are committing an offence. If you suspect that a shop is deliberately trying to mislead customers, you should notify your local Trading Standards team.

What if Comet haven't actually informed me that they cancelled my order.
It's due tomoz and i haven't heard a thing.

Same for me no emails and order shows awaiting despatch but checked my statement and they have made a refund. Have you checked yours?

In short, if its delivered, its yours for that price no matter how much they will tell/beg you otherwise

Yep. I've been refunded.I only found that out by checking with my bank.
So i know i won't be getting MY tv but Comet should have let me know.
