Basically what the respondants are telling you and I will echo their thoughts, is the insurance from that company is more than likely not worth it!
What is the excess? after 12 months, what will the phone cost you to replace if you did lose it?
I f I were going to insure a mobile it certainley would not be with some company that I have never even heard of :eek:

Most banks offer extra inc. Mobile phone insurance with certain paid for current A/c, Barclays do a Current A/c Plus for £5 a month which offer insurane, other A/c also offer Holiday Insurance, Breakdown cover etc, so look around the banks and see what they offer.

But saying that I've had an iPhone 3GS for 18 months and never had it insured, I've never had mobile insurance, guess it depends how careless you are.
