Except my insurer wants £100 more per year to add my iPhone 4 to my contents insurance. Any ideas what I do then?0 -
Do you have a bank acc that'll cover it ?0

I have recently purchased a Iphone 4. Would like to get it insured. I recently came across Protect Your Bubble who are providing Iphone 4 insurance just for £5.99. Is this true? Is there some other player offering less than this quote. Please let me know. Please click on the little Thanks button right there below my post. It will make my day.0

Your best bet is always personal possessions cover on your home contents insurance. If you have a premium bank account that comes with freebies you might also look at that as you may already be covered for personal possessions. If I've helped you please show your appreciation by using the "Thanks" button

How much will the personal possessions cover on home contents insurance cost? Do I have to disclose all my personal possessions at the time of taking the policy? Does it also cover if it gets lost while travelling? Please click on the little Thanks button right there below my post. It will make my day.0

If you are travelling within the locality, it will cover, otherwise you need to go for a travel insurance.Helping others is our responsibility, but thanking others is a virtue. Please click on the Thanks button below if you appreciate my efforts to help you.0

It works out a lot cheaper than just paying out £6 a month for a single item. The exact cost would depend on the company you are with. I think you only have to disclose items over a certain value. You would need to discuss your requirements with your insurance provider. If I've helped you please show your appreciation by using the "Thanks" button

Ok. Great! Thanks. But I do not have much insurable items in my home. Except my phone, I have a TV which is quite old. I do not want to insure the furniture. Do you think I should go for content insurance still or going for a phone insurance will be a money saving strategy? Please click on the little Thanks button right there below my post. If you don't have, or want, contents insurance then there isn't much point. Personally, I wouldn't be without it.If I've helped you please show your appreciation by using the "Thanks" button
