    No bonus interest yet.

Someone asked on the Nat West ideas bank today why they hadn't got their interest this month and the clowns told the saver that it was probably because their bonus period had come to an end :rotfl:

(for anyone who hasn't been following the end of this thread the real reason is that despite Nat West promising to pay the bonus interest on the last day of the month they in practice don't, and pay it a day or two later)
    I came, I saw, I melted

Yes indeed I checked mine today, no bonus, yet it is clearly stated at the top of the page that bonus is paid on the 1st day of the month. :D

No bonus for me either (I expect the hassle now) and my message about the bonus has disappeared from OLB :D

Once again NatWest seem incapable of paying the bonus interest on the day they should. I suppose I shouldn't be surprised.

Whilst this does not surprise me,having had the message that it will be paid on the first working day, surely this is not in line with terms and conditions. In some case, maybe people are relying on that payment on the day it states.Do we have a case to be answered by Nat West.
