LOL don't mention hamsters - for those of us on the MSE hamster hunt last year we had to put our lives on hold for months - even the name go go or zhu zhu makes me feel ill :rotfl:

Do you remember refreshing pages? We had websites up all over the place from morning to night just pressing to see stock availability and I remember character website which were brilliant with me and all of us:D

maxi guess what I got today in Argos just could not resist it as never have seen one in the actual shop, a hamster blue adventure ball:j only took a year but I have one now:rotfl: will he want it, is it on his list? NO:rotfl:

There was loads of them last year with the hamsters and the add ons, one person had the whole set for over £400, Maxi do you remember?

Trying to make money goes back to the teletubbies, a person in the paper was selling them all for £1000, I remember she got so slated for being so greedy she ended up taking it off and crawling back into her hole lol, there is greed, wanting a xmas bonus and just being a thief.

I've noticed high street retailers are already charging extra £5 or £10 on Lotso & Bullseye. Lotso retails at £36.99 but £45.00 in a lot of places now.
Bullseye £39.99 in toys r us, £49.97 on tesco direct.

If you think you might need one of these get them now, you can always return or sell on at a later date. I think they will continue to rise in the next few weeks even from reputable retailers just like the Hammies did last year!

Not sure if this helps but if you want to order the one from Boots with points you can do this at the photo counter and then have it delivered to store so no delivery charge! If you do want to do this, take the code in store with you as it saves a lot a time! HTH!

oh wow thanks, so can i order anything from the 'online only' toys selection then and pay with points, and get delivered to store? that sounds good as i have saved up my points all year for xmas gifts but couldnt see much instore,

Oh no, what a waste of money LOL take it back, they are absolutely rubbish and the novelty lasts all of 5 minutes. I got them for all my little ones in the family and none of them could be bothered to play with it. And even if they did, the stabiliser for under the hammie got lost in their toy boxes and so they couldn't use it anyway

  • my dd really wants one of these scooters, i said i think they are quite expensive, so she said 'dont worry santa can buy it with his money'
.....surely this is a bit pricey for what it is?? she already has a normal scooter i think only paid £10 for the basic one, but she has been bugging me for this one...im still unsure
