ok, so I received acknowledgement on 5th January of my request to transfer branch. When I phoned the helpline they said account would transfer in 10 days time.. but it still hasn't.
Has anyone's account transferred recently or is there a freeze on the process now?

I got my letter about the 'transfer request' on the 9th of December....
and still to this day it still has not transfer to an 80-80-80 sort code...

Is 80-80-80 not a Bank of Scotland sort code?
Bless ya !
I, just used 80-80-80 as an example because RBS in Scotland use the '80' number.
The sort code im after is 83-24-22 (shetland)• HSBC (Main A/C)

Haha, that's ok then ... I did wonder that this might be the reason why they haven't done your transfer ... I can't imagine that a request to transfer to BOS would go down well with RBS.0 -
