Indeed. Putting money or shares in an ISA is tax avoidance but you don't see anyone complaining about that.0 -

It might be but when you’re earning £15k a year and some millionaire is paying less tax than you are it does grind a bit.0 -

Tony Blair has set up instruments to avoid as much tax as possible, especially on income he has gained from the middle east contracts paid for by tax payers money.
So yes. He avoids as much tax as possible on his tax payer funded earnings.
