  • Friend of mine bought refurbished cannon camera form ebay. The camera was in pefrect shape and still working. She bouight it two or three years ago.
  • In addition to the Argos refurbs you can also buy from the Dell Outlet where they sell refurbed Dell Laptops.

The stock is variable and there isn't much there at the moment but they do have some good deals.
It's my problem, it's my problem
If I feel the need to hide
And it's my problem if I have no friends
And feel I want to die

    Hey

It looks like there a problem with the connection once the charger is inserted, it will not charge.

Ive just had a look on ebay and their is a laptop for £89 plus £12 postage and there is a problem with the harddrive, so was thinking weither this would be a good option.

    What do you think??
  • heres details of the laptop for sale...

Laptop loads the operating system but later on it freezes and shuts down automatically and refuses to boot up.
I am not very technical person so not really sure of the problem, might not be major for some technical guy but I have upgraded myself with another laptop and so selling it as spares and repairs with NO RETURNS PLEASE.
There might be unknown issues as well and so this laptop is sold solely as FAULTY AND FOR REPAIRS purpose only.
This HP 530 Laptop is intact with all its components but there is no Charger available with it.
Few Details about this Laptop as I can read from its specification screen
  • Hi Claire

Don't know about your lappy, but from your previous post, the Clearance Bargains shop in Walsall is very hit and miss wrt laptops. I'd just buy from the website if that's the way you decide to go
    £5k+ since Jul 2008.
  • Well O.K. they supply computers but, if you ask anything instore about them you will get a glazed look in my experience. As I said maybe (tempting fate here) I've been lucky, but my experience of the tech guys has been brilliant.
  • Hey thanks everyone for your help.

It's a good price and a nice laptop. Register the warranty when you get it and create your Recovery Discs. If all is well, follow this link (Press F5 to refresh the page if necessary) to extend your warranty to 3 years with Data Protection for £50. There are other options there if you prefer them.
Ebuyer is the seller, not eBay. Good buy.
