HB hope you recover quickly, drink plenty of OJ for the vitamin C
I'll join you for tonight and Saturday
AF tonight so 5 for me please Shaggy.
I'm trying to remain cheerfully AF tonight which is something I find difficult. I can do grumpy AF!
I was AF last night and really felt the benefit today. In the morning after being AF I always feel so pleased (if tired) and I never think I wish I'd been drinking last night. I've been hanging on to that feeling today and trying not to get into the awful "will I won't I" debate for tonight.
I've decided I won't and now trying to keep occupied and not get miserable about it. There's no reason to be miserable about not drinking.
Hope you are feeling better HB.
All the best to anyone struggling this evening.

Same here Marru. Think there's something in the air!
I have completed 2 child protection conferences. One parents evening where I was told to leave by my son's teacher and now have 5 kittens mewing their heads off after managing to get downstairs, wandering around the house trying to not get trod on by the labrador. Oh and I also literally bumped into an ex today. One where the relationship for one reason and another is slightly strained.(Understatement) Oh yes, car's been written off and I have PMT!
Diet coke and a Huge box of chocolate brownies are the way forward here!-and about 40 fags!!!!Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. If you’re not sure why please read the forum rules or email the forum team if you’re still unsure - MSE ForumTeam0 -
Flipping eck - what happened to your car? Not having a car would be my worst nightmare "Everything will be alright in the end. If it's not alright, it's not the end."
