I had minor surgery on my ankle yesterday - a sore spot that wouldn't heal and looked dodgy. So I have to rest up for a week and be waited on hand and foot (especially foot;)). Will need to be extra careful tonight or perhaps limping out to fridge to fetch a drink will put me off. I must not just have a bottle at my elbow!

Quietish day here today. Normally out and about with my Mum but she has to do virtually nothing for a couple of days and then take it easy for a couple of weeks. So I'm catching up with laundry. We are going to take Stepson for a mooch round the local Ski shop later so he can price up snowboarding stuff so knows how much he needs to save!:D

Have to say I love ironing too - DH thinks I'm mad
(he's probably right).
I did have a couple small glasses last night - est 4 units. I can tell I didn't go overboard with it as I feel fine this morning and my face hasn't turned back into Mrs Puffy.
Happy Birthday Trasi and have a good Saturday all x This time I haven't smoked since 6th Jan 2014 and still going ok.
