  • Morning all,

5 AF DAYS FOR ME PLEASE SHAGGY.

I`m really into alcohol free beer at the moment. I always thought whats the point of it but having tried it its just the transition I need to quell my urges and cravings. The decent ones like Becks taste just like the real thing, they give you that cold beer satisfying feeling like the real thing except without the alcohol and now I know that on a hot day I would quite happily reach for a bottle of cold alcohol free beer and not have that deprived feeling of not being able to have a beer. I would highly reccommend them. My dear husband managed to give up smoking by substituting a cigarette with a nicorette inhaler and i think i`ve found my giving up alcohol equivalent.

I like alcohol free Becks. Almost as good as the regular one, and does feel like the real thing (sans alcohol).

Ice cold with a dash of lime. I sometimes have that in the summer. Stops me falling asleep in the sun. :D

Wrong season for me, but must get some!

Will be logging on everyday from now on and going for the Mon-Thurs challenge next week. Just writing this down is making me feel more positive and determined already  So glad to be back on the right track.

Planning on being AF tonight so fingers crossed!!

That's one of the great things about this thread. People are so lovely I feel I'm genuinely letting them (and, of course, myself) down if I commit to something and don't give it my best shot.

Day 4 for me today, I am thrilled. I have 4 bottles of wine in the cupboard, 2 part finished bottles of gin plus various random Christmas spirits.

    Plus it's Thursday.

And I am on the lemongrass and ginger again

Doubt I will keep up tomorrow and Saturday but will cross those bridges when I get to them!

hope everyone is doing ok :)

    Evening all,

Did have a wobble earlier, probably due to it being..
    a, nearly the weekend
    b. been housebound all day with 'bug' and family...!
c, have nice bottle of vino hidden away which I was given as a christmas present..

But its now gone 8 and i'll be heading to bed in less than 2 hours so will stick to a nice green and blacks hot chocolate instead.

    Hope everyone's well.

    3 AFD's thanks shaggy.

Catch up with you again next week.
    Love Puzz. xx
