Hi, please may I join? Been browsing the last couple of pages, but not made it through the whole thread! :rotfl:

Not sure how long I'm going to be strict about it, but have realised that a glass of something has a rather too cheering effect...

So January was going to be a totally alcohol-free month, but have two formal dinners (one for burns night) where everyone will be drinking, so a little port would probably not go amiss...

Please can I put myself down for 28 AFDs in January?

Oh and of course not forgetting our Dear Captain Lurky, now how could Dear Ole Budgie forget you, of course I havent, I do hope you, Esther and the not so little lurkys are all ok, much love to you all :A

Oh and not forgetting Polaroid who was the original reason I posted on hear at first

Darn, just tried to reply and it got lost!

But, I was saying, thanks for the welcome guys!

Also, on the subject of what to drink, both I and Mr Lotti really like elderflower cordial with fizzy water - nice and flavourful but not too sweet! And v. nice with ice and a slice of lime .

Have been on the elderflower all evening, and think I'm off to bed soon (was up till 3.45am, seeing in the new year in the hot tub! V. nice but I'm not built for those kind of times anymore...). So time for a horlicks and that will make 1/28 AFDs so far! :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
