What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.0

Morning everyone. Just checking in to say hi and see Shaggy's lovely picture of the day -its nice to have a sparkly pic each morning.
Hope everyone is okay. Now off to fight through the snow to the supermarket before the crouds get there:(
Have a good day.:)Smoke-free since Jan 2012 :j Now its just the drink, and the weight, and life in general0 -
Morning all, hope everyone is well, the snow has seriously started to melt away over night as it rained hard. Was saying to DH that it came overnight and went overnight. Sad in some ways as we hadn't finished sledging and it looked so magical, but glad as life can resume to normal and hopefully some deliveries will now get through.
Unfortunately I have not been AF at all since last week. This is due to DH being home and we've had lots of friends round socially during the day, which has of course led to drinks and if everyone else is its hard to say no. However I've told DH to put all my faves BACK in the shed and i'm going to be AF today. Got to try to get a number next to my /8. In theory there is no reason why i can't rack up a few over this week, next saturday we've friends round for a pizza and Wii evening, so i will be drinking then, but that's 7 days away.Live for the moment and plan for the future0 -

Luckily there were no complications but I was in DHU for 24 hours as a precaution. I am still feeling a little groggy from the anaesthetic. All this stemmed from a slightly iffy ECG reading a few months ago.

Hi, everyone and thanks for your good wishes. I have just spent a couple of hours reading back over the past few days posts and by and large most of you seem OKish thankfully.
Caz Hugs to you, things will get better.
Jo Glad your'e ok now. Keep strong in the face of adversity.
WBF Hope you soon find a new job.
I am feeling more with it today, I kept dozing off yesterday and could'nt even find the energy to watch the cricket. Was up at 5am though. ''didn't they do well''.

Hello everyone!
1 more AFD please Shaggy!
Well, I am half way through my essay, so all is on track for finishing it tomorrow - hoorah! So cross fingers, my next post should say that I have finished it!
I am also free from hideous part time job, hooray, so that's one less source of stress, which is brill.
Am feeling a bit more chipper than in my last post - the end is in sight for essay writing and I've accepted the divorce proceedings have been filed now and got over that upset.
And my uni friends are going to "smuggle" me into the Xmas party (it is 2 weeks today) so that should be funny - hope it works. I will have to hide while they are having the meal and then appear when the disco starts, so I will be going after all (unless I get caught and chucked out of course, LOL). :T
So overall, an improvement to some "life stuff", so that's good.:)
Hugs to everyone, have a lovely evening,
Caz
