    Failed for October only had 16 AFDout of 20 but had a few parties and outings to go to, no excuse I know.

    For November I an planning on 20 AFD fingers crossed and the best of luck to everyone else on here as i know that the saving the feeling and the euphoria of being AF is well worth it.

    This time I haven't smoked since 6th Jan 2014 and still going ok.

    Just to say thanks to all the people on this thread it has given me food for thought and has helped me cut down on my drinking and saved me money. I do hope it may benefit others you read this thread.

    I'm AF but sad due to the usual ex OH issues, no point having a drink that won't change anything. Still a fresh start and all that. Must remember that ;)
