Do HDNL employ any decent drivers with knowledge of the Highway Code?

    I was pleasantly surprised by the speed of her answer as the email arrived on the Monday. However I have not heard anything since. I will post the result when I do.

    All working emails at HDNL collected from replies responding to a complaint I made a while back.

    The smilie = they wouldn't want this posted on the internet but...........

    Thanks for explaining. I did Google them after you posted them. Two (the first one and Tracy Davies) didn't come up at all and the other Deborah Smith is something to do with PR IIRC.

    Thanks for trying to help though. I'm happy with the person I emailed but it is disappointing that she hasn't bothered to reply.

    I will email her again and ask for an update. Will post the result on here - if there is one.

    Last Monday lunchtime I received this
    Dear
    The depot and the driver have been identified and the depot manager was going to interview the driver.
    I have been chasing for an update on the investigation by the depot manager.
    When I am advised on the outcome I will be in a position to update you further.

    The driver has had a driver assessment carried out on him and the driver is currently going through the disciplinary process.
    The Business takes this type of driving by our drivers very seriously.
