    Hi Guys

an update, please advise received letter from Roxburghe Debt collectors threatening to pursue the claim now gone up (solicitors Graham White who will review your case for potential legal action) it states. I have not replied to any letters as I was not the driver. Has anyone heard of the companies?
Roxburghe Debt Collectors or Graham White solicitors. If I am not mistaken these solicitors have appeared on some posts. Many Thanks

Just look at the top of this sub-forum and see the various letters from these people. Just keep ignoring.
What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?
  • It sounds scary but it is a toothless threat. Follow the wise advice of Trisontana. If the company had a case, you would have been taken to court by now. Keep ignoring the threats and post again if you need reassurance.
Still waiting for Parking Eye to send the court summons! Make my day!
  • Thanks for the advice bromsgrovebarry, I will keep ignoring and listening to tristontana:beer: I haven't replied to any mail, wonder how long they will keep writing:xmassmile
