  • Well, after writing a few emails of complaint to them, I was promised tickets to arrive by Friday... this was on Tuesday. Nothing. Post just arrived this morning and nothing. So I guess I'd better phone up and cancel my hotel booking. Can't risk waiting until tomorrow morning's post as it will be too late.
Sad, sad, sad campaign. Bad organisation. I hope they learn a huge lesson from this as they've upset a lot of people.

Would be curious to hear if others have received their promised tickets?
  • still no post yet so i have fingers crossed :j
  • Maybe as a good will, for all those that feel let down by Nintendo, they should give all those people originally sent "congratulations on winning" a copy of the wii game it's promoting - Wii Party?
    :cool2:THANKS TO ALL COMPETITION POSTERS:hello:

Gargh our tickets haven't come either and we'll have to leave before the post arrives tomorrow :(

Any chance of having that phone number please MagicMerly?

    thanks.
Ever stop to think and forget to start again?
  • Hi, I received my tickets this morning and if they had not arrived I was going to phone the Nintendo Service Centre who I had sent a couple of e-mails to. They will probably point you in the right direction anyway! Let us all know how you get on. Good luck!

Hi I too have not recieved my tickets so have just rung Nintendo, I spoke to a guy who said it is not a problem you just need to print the confirmation email and then go to the explorer gate. At the gate give the confirmation email and photo ID over and they will be able to look you up and provide entry.

I have not received my tickets either, i emailed the other day and recieved the following response.

Don’t worry you tickets are on their way!

If you have not received your ticket by Friday 8th October, simply head to the Enquiries Desk at the Explorer Gate entrance to Chessington World of Adventures.
Please ensure that the lead guest (original recipient) brings along valid UK ID as we will cross reference name & postcode to validate tickets.

    Kind Regards

    Wii Party Team

I imagine they will arrive tomorrow well after we have left!

    Have a good day all.

Hope the concert does not start late as my 3 year old would enjoy it, he likes a dance!

    Dear Mrs Bains

We write in response to your email below. Unfortunately since we did not receive an email address that we could verify against our database you were seen as a non Club Nintendo member, hence the email you received.

The Wii Party Event at Chessington World of Adventures is exclusive to Club Nintendo customers and was actually by invitation only, however we have had some fraudulent activity with people posting copies of the invite on websites which is why we have had to go through a verification process.

Unfortunately all tickets have now been allocated.

    Kind Regards

    Wii Party Team

this is their reply to and complaint email !!
