Hmmm once nintendo screened out the non-members they must have added the failed applicants who applied after all tickets gone but who did fit the membership criteria. So would have expected you to get a later ticket.
But don't give up start moaning !!!! email your story to [EMAIL="enquiries@wiipartyevent.co.uk"]enquiries@wiipartyevent.co.uk[/EMAIL] with suitable title in capitals

the first named ticket holder of the group has to have either photographic id or a bank card to prove the tickets haven't been sold on0 -
received a mail today at 12.25 confirming i have tickets. not sure if this is from the extra 500, or because i sent them 2 mails yesterday explaining i would be taking them to the small claims courts for my losses (detailing my club membership details, after receiving a mail from them saying i did not have tickets as i was not a member).
only problem now is they say they are being sent 1st class today and will arrive by friday, which is cutting it a bit late. we are due to travel down on friday afternoon so if they dont arrive friday morning i will still be asking them for compensation as we have to cancel our hotel by midnight tonight or its zero refund.
you would of thought after all these problems, they would send all tickets recorded delivery, as when some of them dont arrive in time, some of us are going to be disapointed all over again.
we will all feel like we've been on a rollercoaster before we've even got to chessington
see post #85 where poster has actually spoken on fone to staff... this poster may be able to givve you cotnact details do you can ring them to arrange a contingency if tickets don't arrive and print off all the emails!!!!0 -
My tickets and car park permit came today, I'm relieved that I can make travel arrangements now:) Apart from the envelope nothing inside had any names on it, it all said just 'special guests' so presumably primary holders will be checked off a list on arrival.0

I sent an email with all my details to the nintendo service center with ALL of the details I'd sent to the wii party enquiries email
So just now I phoned back the service center and spoke to their team leader Jack and he like Jonathon yesterday agreed with me that it was wrong and said he'd forward my details to them which he did.
They seemed to be inundated with complaints about this but sent this to the wii party people anyway saying that I'd threatened to call Watchdog (which I haven't well yet anyway) and lo and behold 5 mins later the magic email arrives.
"Hi Simon
You spoke with a colleague of mine earlier. Apologies for the response in replying to your email.
I can confirm you have been allocated your two tickets. Unfortunately we have had some fraudulent activity with people posting the invitation to numerous websites and forums so we have had to go through a verification process with the Club Nintendo database, hence why your email was picked up as being incorrect.
Your tickets will be dispatched today by first class post so you should receive on Friday at the latest.
