  • To be perfectly honest with you I don't know why you're keeping him anyway?

Surely it's his parents responsibility to make sure he is up and at school on time not your's?

That aside I don't think they would be too interested in the fact you have someone staying there but I would perhaps inform them just incase it does become a problem :)

its not about him getting to school on time its just so a couple of mornings a week he doesnt have to get up before 6am to get the only bus from his house that gets him to school on time (8.30). He works all weekend so doesn't get much chance for a break and as I've already said I don't "keep" him as it doesn't really cost any extra to have him stop here 2 times a week.

Edit, I'm honoured that you joined MSE just to reply to my thread though ;)

Oh dear, maybe you should file a harassment claim against this neighbour?
The only problem is that I have no proof it's her, and obviously the JC won't tell me it's her but its just too much of a coincidence for it not to be her.
  • One of my neighbours reported me and sent photographs of strangers who were staying with me . I didn't go for an interview someone turned up on my doorstep. Did they feel stupid the pics were my 19 year old twins who they were well aware lived here. They do have a duty to ask i suppose but just shows how petty some neighbours can be. I know who did it thanks to another neighbour and took great pleasure in telling the person who reported me all about the fool who reported my sons for living at home. Cheeky beggar just laughed and said oh dear some people . rofl

Guess whats just arrived in the post.

A letter from the Jobcenter telling me I have to go for an interview with the customer compliance officer on 7th October to discuss a query on my claim.

Well its ok isn't it because you took dmgs advice (your first reply) and informed them?

I did actually, I called my LPA and asked her advice, she said it was a none issue and I didn't have to inform anyone about a under 18 full time student staying as a guest.

Obviously the person who reported me hasn't told them it's my daughters boyfriend (or reported me before I had chance to speak to the LPA)
