    id reccomend pure soya or sunflower spread, im vegan and i find them to be tastier than what i can recall butter/marg was like

    my mum cooks with pure.

    my dad is allergic to virtially everything, and what he isn't allergic to, my mum is ( how on earth i'm not allergic to anything is beyond me,lol). even tho her cakes are often made with bizaare stuff due to their allergies, they are always scrummy.

    I use Stork for preference over butter for baking, and we don't have any allergies to anything. We just like the taste.

    my son was dairy allergic and I used to use soya or olive oil spreads but was careful to choose recipes which specified 'soft margerine' after a few disasters where butter is really required and substitutes just dont work!
