We've got no snow here either. Good luck with the sales!

    Expenses in and.....

MINT CARD PAID OFF!!!! woooo hoooooo

Am really chuffed. That leaves me with 2 cards totalling just over £11K. I should tackle my halicrap card next as it is slightly higher interest rate but I know I could clear the Tesco one in a couple of months and only leave me with 1 card, and the APR isn't that much higher (9.9% VS 7.8%).

    HAPPY DAYS

Hurrah!! :T:T You're doing so well!

I'd be getting rid of the one I could clear in a couple of months too.

thanks jwil - glad to know I'm not the only one that does it the wrong way round! ha ha - works for me!

Am hoping to be able to BT a small amount from the £9K card to either of the two I have cleared this month on 0% then chip away at those, I know its not proper snowballing but i just find it so much more do-able!

    Morning all.

had a great weekend on ebay with £38.68 profit :) well please at that and have everything wrapped and will head to the post office at lunch - just waiting on 2 people to pay still.

All xmas shopping finished and have started wrapping up. Starting to feel a little more organised!

    Morning all.

All sorted for Christmas now and I finish work today! wooo hoo (though I am feeling somewhat delecate after last nights xmas party!)

have decided over the holidays to re-baseline all my spreadsheets and debts and goals for a new attack starting 1st Jan.

just need to figure out what i want those targets to be!
Having 3 empty CC now, am going to try ringing around them all and finding out what offers they will give - one of them is bound to offer me a 0% for a short space of time - will then make that my target.
