  • Hi all,

Just to keep you informed as to what is going on in the world of 'Mailbox Nationwide Uk Ltd'. I can confirm that they are currently under investigation for activities that may be considered fraudelent ! Both registered addresses including the Acorn Park, Sidmouth Road, Devon address which is registered with companies house have not been in use for at least 2 years now. Court baliffs have attended both addresses and have found that the company does NOT reside there. Apparently they are mobile, moving from place to place. Perhaps taking on orders and not fullfilling them as they know that anyone chasing them for owed monies have no address to go to. Currently there are over 20 companies/individuals with baliff warrants issued to Mailbox Nationwide Ltd. The MD 'Ms Caroline Pocock' also has warrants issued against her seeking monies. It seems that no bailiff can track down Ms Pocock or Mailbox Nationwide Ltd to attain monies outstanding. leaflets have not been delivered, yet they are willing to take monies for work that they have not intention of completing. DO NOT USE them at any costs !!! Relevant information has been passed over to the police who are investigating all matters.

    YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED......

    Take Care

We issued a summons for Caroline Pocock to attend court to explain why they haven't paid us per the judgement. The bailiff's couldn't serve it as the property's been let as a holiday house for the past two years. We're also going down the Company House route to report her.
  • Hi All,

Just to keep you informed about what is happening. Anyone who has been awarded monies through court via an order, can then take the owed monies straight from Mailbox's bank account. How you do this is as follows: Contact your solicitor to obtain a 'Application for a 3rd Party Debt Order', Fill in the 2 sheets. Now the tricky bit !!! You will need the Account Number and Sort Code for Mailbox's Bank Account. When you paid mailbox either by bank transfer or cheque (Like Us) you can ask your bank to trace the account where your money was sent. Tell them about the court warrent and that will be enough. They will charge £10 for this service but worth every penny. Once you receive the bank details of Mailbox, complete the forms and send to your bank. You will need to ask your bank which department to send it too. Once the bank have processed your forms (3-4 days), they will arrange for the transfer of all monies owed straight to your bank account. Oh Dear Mailbox....... You will be in trouble now I've posted this as everyone who you owe monies will now be able to get their hands on it. Good Luck Mailbox.....! That Million in the bank will soon be dwindling away :-):j

I have also taken on another £300 of work from them, so I will try and keep you all informed.

I have just come back from court and was awarded refund of the price, cost of leaflets and court costs. Mailbox Nationwide didn't bother to turn up.

Being awarded the money is one thing but have they paid it ?
