Mailbox Nationwide. Has any one else had problems?

According their website Mailbox must paid by the client before the leaflets are delivered, so really theres no excuse for them to be holding onto peoples well earned money.

I had nothing but hassle with them, when I spend hours delivering thousands of leaflets in the very warm weather I don't expect to then have to repeatedly chase up my money-that being money they'd had for months!

Just wondering if anyone who hired (and paid) Mailbox Nationwide to deliver pamphlets, but later found that they weren't delivered as per the contract, were successful in claiming back from them?

Just to add to all the others who have done work for Mailbox Nationwide and not been paid on time. I wish I had reviewed them before agreeing to deliver 5000 leaflets for £100.00-should have listened to my partner who said I was crazy! I completed the drop as per the contract and posted all paperwork back on time by special delivery, which cost a good few quid. My payment is a week late, seems nothing compared to those of you who have waited months but I'm gearing up for a fight-I will not give up. These parasites prey on people who need the money and will work hard for a pittance-like me! Hours and hours and hours of walking, getting your fingers snapped by dogs and letter boxes, as much as I don't mind hard work, never again. PLEASE TAKE THIS WARNING-DO NOT WORK FOR MAILBOX NATIONWIDE

BEWARE. I have done some work for these. They do not pay distributors. And rip off companys who use them. They are using companys to try and get rid of there bad reviews.
JUST GO TO GOOGLE AND TYPE IN HENPARTYDEVON DOT CO DOT UK AND HAVE A GOOD LOOK ABOUT THE WEBSITE. YOU WILL KNOW WHAT I MEAN
They have complaints all over the world and even lots of court proceddings. I have done lots of research and i know they will not pay me for putting out there leaflets. So DO NOT WORK FOR THEM.

They ripped you off. Just like me and many others. they owe me loads of money and they do not pay

I have just been ripped off by this compan and would like to take legal action against them, could you tell me how you went about this please as it is not something I have ever had to consider before

Very interesting, considering taking them to court myself. Did you get paid following your court awarding you costs?

I have been working for these since well before Christmas. When I first started, I phoned the guy and said 'I couldnt continue, it wasnt worth the money' He went on to explain that 'he didnt want us to work for less than minimum wage, so if they were paying £100 divide that by £6.08 and the hours are just over 16 hours. They've been good like that and paying me on time. However, I've noticed that when payday comes around its got later and later and this months has really annoyed me.

My first pay (for first contract) went in at 12 oclock midnight on the due date. 2nd payday, I had to chase in the morning, but he put it in my account around 9.30am, 3rd pay day he put it in my account at about 3pm, 4th payday he put it in my account right at the end of the banking day about 5.30pm and this final contract payday was due yesterday and still hasnt paid me. I've emailed and he says he put it in yesterday and takes 3 days to clear!

I can not beleive he's done this! He knows I know it doesnt take 3 days to show up on my account, he's just put it in my account all the other times. Considering they've already been paid by the customer, they should pay the distributors. I'm so angry!!!
