i personally wouldnt go down the balloons route,bit tacky and not quite the effect you are after i dont imagine ?
sorry to offend i just think you can be far more creative / imaginative without using balloons and have a far nicer end look
you should be able to get lovespoons for your £2 each ,my sister had them as wedding favours in 2002 , £1 each and then made her own little tags and put very thin ribbon on in their colour scheme

just a word of warning though - watch their prices on the non-discounted lines. ive noticed that some of there stuff is up to a third more expensive than the newport road branch. dont know whether this is because of higher rent in the city centre? sale stuff *is* cheap, but watch you dont get stung on non discounted stock.know thyselfNid wy'n gofyn bywyd moethus...0 -
