I ordered VM under a similar offer in November 2009 (£130 cashback) - but had to follow this up several times, as well as providing details of the original order number, service address, virgin phone number etc.

It was eventually paid towards the end of July (IIRC).

It often takes a long to be paid, depending on the retailer. It could be that they pay half way through the contract.
Has anyone had confirmation of installation date yet? If so what date did you order please?

I ordered 20Mb broadband without phone on the 23/09 which tracked immediately after. I then had confirmation on the 24/09 for installation on 28/09/1 between 8am - 1pm.

Getting a bit concerned now-cashback has still not validated. May have to cancel the order.
