Sorry, yes it could easily happen in any venue. But personally I couldn't in any conscience book somewhere I was worried about being ripped off.I love surprises!0

I have never heard it happen in any venue, I think that is shocking and certainly would take the shine off the day! My sister works in trading standards and i could imagine her really gong for it if anything like that happened on the day.
I wouldnt really call it "budget"cos of the food rates anyway. I have seen "grander" places that come out a bit cheaper I think
