I have just been to the insolvency site to check (again!!) my Statement of Affairs and found it was all at 0% completion - I nearly had a heart attack!
Found it, though, fortunately! Phew! That form took me the best part of two weeks to complete.
Just a small question - I take it that once you click the submit button and have printed off one copy of the forms that is all I need? Does anybody know who has gone voluntarily bankrupt?0 -

I have no other income and no other outgoings!
In December I will be getting a car with automatic transmission from Motability, which will lose me the car insurance payment, and I lose £43.45 per week from my income on that.
I literally cannot afford to pay for anything else.
I got rid of my mobile phone, downgraded my membership for swimming, simply because I couldn't afford to pay for it.
I have no savings, my private pension is worth about £5000, that's it, nothing else to declare.0 -

My car has not been serviced since I bought it 07/05 because I can't afford to pay for it. The car is going in the bankruptcy anyway.
I only have two people to buy birthday and Christmas presents for.
Clothes? I don't think I will ever be able to buy any ever again the way I look at it!
I know all this sounds glib but I am really upset about the whole thing. Up until May of this year I was earning over £23000 a year. That went downhill due to being unwell, culminating in being signed off sick on 13th October to state benefits - which they are being very slow at paying me. Right now I don't even know if they are going to pay me any SB at all.
Have had to get the £475 together to pay for BR because I don't know - until 17th November - if they will waive the £150 court fee.
Right now I am in a mess, I am depressed and the whole thing makes my medical condition worse.0
