I cannot see why it should be a problem. If questioned about it, you will just have to say that the forms were printed off on xxx date and since then you are no longer working.0 -

I have been home for one and a half hours and Capital One have phoned me 17 times! This is beyond a joke! I owe them £300 on my credit card.
They must have spent more than that in phone calls.
They ask, can I speak to xxxxxx. Yes, that is me. For security can you tell me your date of birth. So I say, you phoned me so you can tell me all about my personal details, can't you? Silence on the other end of the phone !
I wrote to them and told them "no phone calls" Take further note that continued telephone calls after the receipt of a request not to call may constitute a criminal offence under Section 127 of the Communications Act 2003.
Did it do any good??? Not a jot.

HI,
In the process of checking through the BR forms, in court on 3/11/06. And have come across a loose page which apears insignificant but I suspect quite important (It a very bad photocopy).
'Form B44.28 Statement of Affairs - summary page' The first question asks 'Do you owe unsecured creditors less than £20,000?' In my case in the strictest terms the answer is yes but £7500 of that is student loans (no longer included in BR) which when subtracted from the total debt leaves me with less than £20,000.
So as a confused small town CAB advisor said "I'm really not sure" I thought you guys could help! I'm starting to panic now I know its not all completed, shall go and check the rest of the form with a fine tooth comb!!
Thankyou0
