i had my telephone interview with my or yesterday, because i took out the loans within a couple of weeks of each other and gambled the whole lot i will have to go for a proper interview in a couple of months time. I felt more stressed talking to him than actually going to court.

please note that when you have your telephone interview it is very handy to have a credit reference print out as it dates all the cc's and loans. I'd have been another hour on the phone without mine!!!

My oh is in a better mood now also as my or said hes no interest in his accounts etc.

Oh dear, my OR phone interview is Friday but I have nothing from the credit reference thingy. Do I need it and how do I get it and will it be too late now?

Hi Sarah - At least the WORST is over - I must admit that I felt stressed before my OR interview, which lasted 3 hours, but I felt a hell of a lot better afterwards.
It seems a long time (2-3 months) but try not to let it get you down. I am sure that if there were any real problems, your second interview would have been a lot sooner.

It may be a bit late now bl - but if you have already put dates etc. on your form, you will, normally, be ok as the interview is based around the answers you gave.

Oh dear again. I wrote "don't know" on my form as I don't know some dates and have no paperwork for them either. The court clerk didn't say anything about it though.
Do we have a problem Houston?

I have, I got myself a couple of catalogue accounts earlier this year to make a purchase for the house... and in three months with regular payments they have increased my credit limit three times....

I am currently in debt with them but I am meeting the miniumum payments to avoid any problems - I was so depressed in the summer I had a mad spending moment! But determine to clear the debts before next summer!

Bank accounts have been a pain in the rear... so have loans. The only loans I could seem to get approved was with a massive high apr% and I am not that crazy yet....

You could always try a free online trial with credit expert and get the info from hat....

The OR will contact all relevant parties to verify dates etc. It just makes things easier if you know - so don't worry too much. :grouphug:

I watched bits of Apollo 13, too.
