sarah_skint wrote:Funny - I Applied Over A Week Ago For The Co-op Cashminder Account Still Haven't Heard Anything
I applied for this account over a month ago and have had a lot of problems. I find their communication very slow and poor. They are friendly on the phone so it's probably an organisational blip.
I was initially accepted but have had problems with proof of identity. I sent the wrong thing, then it took them a week to tell me, then I sent something that was out of date & it took them another week etc, etc.
I'm now waiting for them to reply again but I'm not holding my breath!0 -

My laptop computer has had a fit! I have lost my wireless connection - five one hour long phone calls to BT and the b**** thing will still not connect to the net!
I have also been job-hunting! I think that is a waste of time too.
It has been quiet on here the last few days anyway - everyone must be tired.
I am fine - funny how I have been missed!
Hi Sandra,
I lost the wireless connection on my laptop on Monday pm, after some considerable time it's the new security update (Norton Firewall) that stops the wireless connecting to the hub; and the ethernet connection. You need to disable the firewall and hope they get it sorted soon.
I use a work laptop and didn't have rights to disable it so had to go through all the program files and delete the Symantec Norton files - not good.
