Why are you suggesting that the Permitted Work rules for ESA are wrong? They are there to help get back into some sort of work.0

What you say in your post contradicts what you have said in others! You have said that your last DLA claim was unsuccessful, yet you say here that you still receive DLA - eh?! You went to length stating that your GP sent them a bad report (amongst other things) which led to you failing to get DLA! That was also partly due to the fact that you refuse to see your GP and hadn't been attending consultant appointments since, was it 2008?
If you have been unsuccessful in your DLA claim and you have stated that you believe you are eligible, why don't you ask for a reconsideration or appeal?
After reading so many of your posts on different thread I am really confused as you contradict yourself so much. Do you receive DLA or don't you? Last post says you do but other posts say you were declined .... very confusing.
Anyway, I can assure you that I do not live in a bubble and I know exactly what life is like for me and others.0

To you all who seem to think that I am a scrounger. My illnesses/disabilities are:
 Severe Chronic Pancreatitis
 Chronic Alcoholism
 Anorexia
Varicose veins in the stomach wall that bleed into my stomach regularly
Permanent Thrombosis of the Splenic Vein.
Calcification & Necrosis of the Pancreas
 Pancreatic Insufficiency
Type 1 Insulin Dependent Diabetes - uncontrolled
Regular weekly/monthly loss of conciousness due to Diabetes and lack of blood supply to the heart.
Loss of feeling to the feet due to Diabetes
 PTSD
 Altered Personality Disorder.
I won't go into the syptoms and results that this lot causes, I will leave you to read that bit up!0

Put simply for you, I have still retained LRM for life, which was originally granted in 1995. They would not remove it when asked.
I recently applied for DLA (mental illness) - not a review, not a reconsideration - just the normal DLA1 in the hope that I would get back what I gave away previously HRC/HRM.
They refused to give me anything more than what I was already getting LRM.
I presume the next step will be to ask for a review of that element - LRM (which relates to mental illness), hopefully lose it and then I will put in another full claim but this time exclude the mental illness element and rely on the other disabilities only which they do not know about.
Maybe that is the way forward. At least I have evidence for them!0

Nobody here to my knowledge has called you a scrounger, it was you who stated that you had failed in your application of DLA and expressed your displeasure about your healthworkers and the benefit system. However you have not appealed or taken steps to send them any evidence etc and have not helped yourself in that you refuse to see your GP or other healthworkers!
I have no interest whatsoever in the list of your illnesses nor do I wish to read up on any. You do not need to convince me of how your illnesses affect you, if you are unhappy with the DLA decision or your ESA decision, it is they you have to convince and you have been given plenty of advice here to help you do so.0

The names of your conditions mean nothing. I've claimed DLA for around 3 years now and have applied without a concrete diagnosis - which I now have, thanks to my GP deciding to send me to a neurologist instead of attempting physio again.Sealed pot challenge #232. As I said before things will change when ATOS are responsible for medicals for DLA, AA as they are for ESA. The sooner the better!
As a matter of fact, how did you manage to get DLA without a proper diagnosis? I could say that I have cancer but there is no medical evidence of it.0

As you well know, DLA is based on care needs, not diagnosis.Gone ... or have I?0
