If you don't know me by now. Now there's a song.
I'm like marmite. You either love me or hate me, ( mostly hate.)
The value range?
But you always get exactly what is written on the tin. There's no side to me, and i am what i am, and it's time i started accepting myself, and not letting others dictate to me how and what i should be. I've spent most of my life trying to conform to what others expect of me, what soceity expects, to be like everyone else, and i'm not. I've no wish to be like everyone else, to "belong." I've more strength of spirit, than that.
I'm a truly free spirit.
Untameable.
Incomprehensible.
Angry? :rotfl:
Edited to say, actually i've spent most of my life thinking i should conform, or you can only be part of soceity if you conform. Not trying to conform. Never.Debt free - Is it a state of mind? a state of the Universe? or a state of the bank account?

Hey ani, just dropping in to give you a wave. Well done for helping out your neighbour x
I guess your question of live to work or work to live also depends on how much you enjoy your job / work. If it's your own company and you're doing what you love, then living to work isn't such a bad thing. However, if you're scrubbing toilets for 12hrs a day (unless you happen to love scrubbing the porcelain) in order to simply eat then that's a different matter. Me, reckon I fall somewhere in between - not sure I'm doing my dream job if I'd been asked when I was 16, but I do really enjoy what I do and the people I work with, it pretty much enables me to have a decent standard of living (be better once some things are paid off) and I don't want to work anywhere else so I don't mind putting in extra time above and beyond.Feb 2015 NSD Challenge 8/12JAN NSD 11/16

Hi Judampre. :hello: Thanks.
I still have my moments, but i'm getting a fair bit of "real life" support now, which i suppose makes a huge difference.
Were you badly affected by your stroke?

I am going to help choose a computer for the group, tomorrow. I also wrote the majority of a foundation letter for applications for funding, (since it's self funding.)
Still more active in helping others than myself?
Someone suggested i take it easy, be kind to myself and give myself a treat, today. I might spend a whole £2.50 on f & c, tomorrow. :rotfl:
Yes. I shall definitely spend a whole 2 squid on f & c tomorrow.Debt free - Is it a state of mind? a state of the Universe? or a state of the bank account?
