P.S. Being in a low mood doesn't mean you shouldn't post. If people don't like it, they don't have to read. It's your diary after all.

    Thanks miggy x

My sw has just called, thankfully, and advised i should do nothing.Absolutely nothing. Which is probably good advice.

It really is time i took some time out for me, even if it is sleeping all day.

I haven't felt this bad in ages.

If you need to sleep all day, do just that.

Pat on the back for sw, he /she sounds all right. I really wish one of us could pop round and put the kettle on for you, bringing ginger biscuits or crumpets or something. If you didn't feel like eating I am sure we would help out there too.

    Hi Ani,

I just wanted to say hello. I hope you are ok.

Keep Plodding along and don't let the B#####ds grind you down.

By the way in answer to your question, I have not done the coast to coast yet. I got lazy and become overweight and got in a rut, I am slowly trying to get out of it. I have started well, losing 10lbs in 5 weeks. Hopefully I will get around to doing the coast to coast one day.
