Have you got anything for the pain? Would heat help?

Nothing is helping, thanks. I've had some pain killers.

Did I hear you say the kitchen is due in September?

Yes you did. Four days worth of work, i believe, ( must be all those breaks they have.) :D

I realise now, why i haven't been back to the dr's. It makes life easier to cope with.

I can see that. Why don't these things happen in an orderly fashion? You would think they could be timetabled better for a start... instead of having everything to deal with at once. :(

Four days for a 7' square kitchen?! That's 12 and a quarter feet in a day. Well, all I can say is, those breaks must be very strenuous.

Will be good once it's done though. Great, in fact. You will go round stroking the surfaces and opening the cupboards for a while I expect. :D Then you will have to put things in them, after which you can admire the newly available space in the lounge.

Nah... just over a month. :) Depending how you look at it, of course.

I know you're a Keats fan but have you seen this before? (I may laready have sent it at some point)

    Gold Leaves

Lo! I am come to autumn,
    When all the leaves are gold;
Grey hairs and golden leaves cry out
The year and I are old.

In youth I sought the prince of men,
    Captain in cosmic wars,
Our Titan, even the weeds would show
    Defiant, to the stars.

But now a great thing in the street
    Seems any human nod,
    Where shift in strange democracy
    The million masks of God.

In youth I sought the golden flower
    Hidden in wood or wold,
But I am come to autumn,
When all the leaves are gold.

    Gilbert Keith Chesterton

Is that the time?! I think I maybe ought to go to bed one of these years.

It has been a very long day from hell. I am exhausted, i don't want to talk, and i just want to blank the world out.

Oh, and thanks for the good thoughts. xx
