That will be the stuff on the Watchdog page then? I don't have any doubt you can do it, but if it's a hassle just post the sums on here and I'm sure some mathematical brain will have a go.
Must keep a record of this page, since the bill is on it's way.
Never heard that one beforeWhich composer is it whose music is played in Maths classes because it's supposed to stimulate mathematical thinking?
I don't think that would work with me, as i'd become more involved / distracted by the music, as opposed to the maths.

Enjoy that book - if ever I stop interrupting you.
I have enough reading material to last me a year. I've just got another book from the library, Bear Gry**s two action adventures. Only another 623 pages of reading, to go, ( after the first book, an autobiography.) First adventure, climbing Mount Everest, second adventure crossing the north atlantic in an open rigid inflatable boat. I can't wait
Actually, there's a quote from Psalm 139:5 - 10, at the end of the book:-
If i go up to the Heavens, you are there;
if i go down to the place of the dead, you are there also.
If i ride the morning wind to the ends of the ocean,
even there your hand will guide,
your strength will support me...
I can never be lost to your spirit.
Open to interpretation
Edit - Did i just say i can't wait, there? that's a first. HmmphDebt free - Is it a state of mind? a state of the Universe? or a state of the bank account?

Good news on ESA.
Hopefully? It's all verbal at the moment.
I'll believe it when i see it. I still don't feel it's cause to celebrate, to be honest. As far as i'm concerned, i've paid my dues, i'm ill, and i need a small amount of support. However, that support has to pay basic bills, at the very least? Debt free - Is it a state of mind? a state of the Universe? or a state of the bank account?

I feel worse again today. The garden is still waterlogged, so no gardening today? Everything is starting to die due to all the rain? Even the petunia's are drowning, if that's possible. Everything needs some sunshine. The beetroot has drowned, too. Apparently i should have been putting compost on my potatoes. When is it going to stop raining?
Today is a bed and book day. Just a few phone calls to make, as ever. I need to try and get a quote from an electrician. Why don't electricians answer their phones? I don't want to think about why i now feel so ill.Debt free - Is it a state of mind? a state of the Universe? or a state of the bank account?

Sorry you're feeling so rough.

Potatoes - I expect whoever said this is referring to 'earthing up' which will (should) give you more yield per plant - but it isn't essential and I don't see why it has to be compost, any old earth will do if that's what there is to hand, and you can do it whenever.
Poor petunias and beetroot... I hope some of them hang on for next week: the weather's supposed to improve.Miggy

Morning Ani...how are you feeling today?
I hope your garden is drying out. Its lovely sunshine this morning and looks like being a great day to be living in this part of the world.
Have you got something nice planned for today? ...bet it would be a smashing day to be sailing on the water or walking on top of the ridge.
You know where I am if you just need a natter/rant/catch-up:A
