We boast of our philosophy when things are going well. Its not until Life puts it to the test that we can tell - whats its worth and whether its false or genuine. Basking in the golden glow of Fortune's smile we spin - the threads of fancy and of fact, of thought and theory - into pretty patterns that we call philosophy..... A puff of wind - away it goes - the work of many years. A sudden storm, and what becomes of all our grand ideas, We stand alone exposed to every bleak and bitter gust - having no protection and no truth that we can trust ...... We must weave into our webs a faith that's real and strong - something that will help us stand the test when things go wrong. Not until Fate turns against do we really see - the strength, the weakness and the worth of our philosophy.

Good to hear from you, Nohope. I've been checking back, hoping to hear something.
What you've written is very thought-provoking. You are certainly someone who's found from somewhere what it takes to survive and carry on.
Keep your head high when you can... remember you have support here. :)
