Hi again Ani, sorry to have taken a while to drop in, we lost the Internet andI got some housework done :D.

    Yay to black beans!

This is for you, though I suspect you knnow it already:

What is this life if, full of care,
We have no time to stand and stare.
No time to stand beneath the boughs
And stare as long as sheep or cows.
No time to see, when woods we pass,
Where squirrels hide their nuts in grass.
No time to see, in broad daylight,
Streams full of stars, like skies at night.
No time to turn at Beauty's glance,
And watch her feet, how they can dance.
No time to wait till her mouth can
Enrich that smile her eyes began.
A poor life this if, full of care,
We have no time to stand and stare.

Black PEAS m'dear, black PEAS. :)

The poem just made me cry x

Its been rather an emotional day. Just popped on to the computer as i have to spend my friday evening working on computer. I've been assaulted today, and just got home after spending 3 hours with the police. I'm sure it will ' kick ' in later. So far, i've had negative responses as to why i'm pursuing the assault, ( completely unfounded ), and potentially taking it to court. Because i was assaulted, for no reason and its unacceptable behaviour. I am feeling rather emotional, but i shall have to try and put it to the back of my mind, as ever.

Asiide from this, earlier today, i saw a ladybird in the sunshine. Maybe most would not have noticed. A ladybird, in september? But it warmed my heart. Do i have a heart?

You have a heart (a rather large one) and paying attention to the ladybird is wonderful (something I am learning to do more because you have been telling me to).

Sorry to hear about the assault - bad stuff. Of course you have to pursue it.

    Ani, OMG!

Have a virtual hug ((((((((ani26)))))) from me.

I hope you are ok, as much as you can be when you have been assaulted unprovoked.

So sorry to hear about your awful experience today, of course you should pursue it. I am sure you will be feeling shocked by it so hot, sweet tea may be in order.

Miggy, I love that poem. Thank you for posting it.
