Indeed it is, beanie. Thats just the way it is, although on this occasion, it hasn't all been travelling, some has been work related.

    I know. :grouphug:

You're amazing, how you have managed to keep going. I think you have the material for the book on this thread - just needs rejigging.
I only mentioned relief work as you could refuse it if your usual work wasn't available.

Hope you get a good rest tonight.

some really cheeky hugs, but not appropriate at this time.

I still think a book is a great idea, and there are ways and means to get published.

Also, if you are not sure, think small and do a blog. then see how the blog takes off.

Don't worry about your mindset and how you think differently to others, etc, you will be surprised at how many read.

I was surprised to see people read Julie and Julia's blog about french cooking!

I gave you details of blogs, etc. ;)

About your passport, my work asked for mine too. At first they only asked for mine, so thought they were victimising me, being new and all that, but eventually the HR woman got around to asking everyone.

Mine has been expired for over 2 years and told her so, she said that was fine and to bring it in anyway. She took a copy for the records.

So maybe yours will suffice even though expired.

Amazing? Its an unnatural experience for someone to direct the word amazing in your direction. Its like a beam of light in a black abyss, just one word. Funny eh?

But i suppose it is amazing. Or maybe a miracle? The realism is i can't keep this up for ever. But how many times do i keep saying this? There has to be an end to the bottomless pit?

Aesop. You've always been there, haven't you? :A

    Miggy, too :A

A couple of names on an internet forum who talk to me.

I should stop writing my thoughts in the morning. Maybe its because you get up, you have so much going round your head, and no one to talk to about it. No one who can share how bad it is. A book, in real terms is self indulgent, isn't it? self indulgent offloading.Of course, theres way more to me, than you've seen in my diary. There are many things i don't talk about.

Back to thoughts which dominate this morning. I've cancelled the dd for the car insurance. The lost cheque was, well, essential. Its all time which i don't have. Wait for the cheque to arrive, wait for the cheque to clear. I've got a letter from the bank, and i don't have the courage to open it. Its things like this, which tears my head apart today. I have to go out of the house, this cocoon where no one else exists, and watch people spending money they " don't have ". Either you have it or you don't. So why is the whole wide wolrld full of people spending money.

I've just realised my computer is making a loud noise and is very hot. I've never noticed this before. Oh dear. Once its gone, its gone, huh?

Ah, computer noise just abated somewhat, but it doesn't bode well, does it?

Hi, quick visit while I'm awake... I'll pay for being awake now when it comes to being awake tonight, but I couldn't get back to sleep so I thought I'd say hello. :)

I don't know anything about computer noises... if you are reading this I'm assuming it started up again. Have you checked inside the tower for dust? Ours seems to accumulate it inside and if it's heating up I guess you need to be dust-free.

Boo to letter from bank, they ought not to be allowed to send them on Fridays.

By all means write in the mornings, especially if that's when you need to offload. Write at other times too... a blog would be interesting.

Did you manage to get out of the house? It's grey but warm here: not bad. The middle of the night was sooooo still and quiet even though work is in town... wonder how it will be tonight? One night to go then time off. :) Do you have any more work this coming week?
