Normally used by some jumped up teenager with none of your experience or training.

    Grrr!!

The sheer level of decent into rudeness is epitomised by DD being endlessly told she can't adderss people as Sir, as it sarcastic, now its natural to her and automatic. This is until they finally fall in that she handles stroppy clients much more effecively.

So i feel for you Ani in your shoes i would want the money, but even simple appreciation helps!

I do hpope today is better

Can I play? I am a Tiger - incidentally this is my Chinese sign as well. As to what I dislike most is will have to be being called 'love' by young men in shops; or being called 'guys' by teenagers in the local Multiplex Cinema.

Probably should write a book entitled 'And NEVER call me 'love'!

    Hi Ani

Just popped in to say `Hi`. Not around much these days but I catch up when I can.

I hope that you can find a way to lift your thoughts to see a brighter future. I guess this might be a daft thing to suggest but as self employed can you look at other potential customers & increase your rates? I have done self employed work in the past & have walked away from deals that don`t pay enough...its hard but strangely does lift your self esteem no end.

Good luck anyway...obviously I don`t know what you do for a living, or even if you run your own business, but maybe get some small business development advice from the local chamber/businesslink on how to work more effectively within your industry sector.

Work smarter not harder...easier said than done but there must be a way...somehow.

    Take care..

ps...was up on the moors recently & the old ridge is still there.:D

Just popped in to join the general hugging... Ani, you're quiet, are you okay? If it was me who called you 'mate', will you forgive me? Please? :D And if it wasn't... when I am more awake I will think up a pet hate for your entertainment.
Aesop - you will gather lots of people just want to offer you a bit of support - I'm sorry it's a difficult time for you. If we can help at all, just shout, but if not, don't feel you need to explain. I for one am content to say I hope tomorrow is a better day for you. Thanks for posting despite everything.
