Double pat on the back. 99% of paper was binned, and only a few items, filed. How have i managed to accumulate so much, in 6 months? I suppose it does'nt help when your up at 3 am and back at 10 pm. Does'nt leave much spare time, not even for sleeping. At least i'm back to a more regular work pattern now, ( which is always irregular ) :rotfl:

The bad news is, my income was as expected, although i think i'm still waiting for a *** from a company who is a major payer. Even so, its not going to push my income into the outer limits of space.

The simple truth is, i've £500 - £600 income per month, and with my rent costing £550, this means my income pays my rent and nothing else. Literally. I was shocked by the paperwork i found, of the payday loans i've had since i went bankrupt. The simple truth is. I can't survive without credit. How the bloody hell can anyone survive on £500, a month? I bet there are lots of 16 year olds, who receive more than that, in pocket money.

Which has brought me to realism. Its now imperative i claim for every benefit i can. I'll be lucky, now benefits are being cut so much. What did it say yesterday. If your lucky to have a job, its a low paid job. Its not as simple as walking into another job, these days. Lets be realistic.

I've got a small amount of money in my bank account, and i'm torn, as its now imperative i get my ni conts, up to date. Do i spend everything i've got, and leave nothing to live on, ( which includes petrol ), or maybe i'll just have to wait until i've had some more pay. Its still floating around the universe, somewhere.

But thats my next mission. You've got to ring to get an appointment just to get a form for wtc, ( thanks to benefit fraud ). As soon as my conts are up to date. B****** anything else that needs paying. I got an email asking when my holiday dates are? But you know i have'nt had a holiday in years. Honestly. Some people don't live in the real world.

I saw a motto on a wall yesterday. It said - ' In this world you can be anything you want to be -- be yourself '. Hmmm. I've always been myself.

It breeds. No other explanation for it. Nothing to do with only five non-working hours in 24. Oh okay... maybe it has.

If it's any consolation, my 15 y.o. gets a lot less... but there will be some who get that. I get about £600 a month for 21 hours a week - you work five times those hours... something wrong with a system that allows that.

Don't leave yourself without food and petrol money...easy to say, of course. Can you claim anything without the NI contributions? I don't think everything is dependent on them.

Anyhow - keep plodding, as Beanie says (is it Beanie? Where is she?). Have another virtual Earl Grey and a chocolate muffin while you plod. Am off to make coffee. You may plod round my kitchen if it helps, it's one of the few areas relatively free of papers to trip over. :)

MIGGY, you earn more than me, LOL

I work 22 and half hours a week and take home about £650 dependent on the month and if I have worked all my hours, I am paid by the hour, not salary.

I'm around, just busy with other stuff, surveys and reading all the fighting going on mse as usual - the virtual world. Now if only the real world could be like that, virtual, we wouldn't have war.

I read a lot on my phone when out and about, but can't reply, takes up too much memory to log into mse. So have been reading.

Am ok, tooth aches now and again, will sort out new dentist soon.

Work is carp, we are getting hit with problems left right and centre, and it is all my fault. :D

I think I require notice of a statement like that.

May I have some time to consider, please?! :D

yes please do take your time :) I wrote it when I was tired and fed up, after receiving yet another e-mail blaming us for not "supporting" people.. what a load of tosh! Everytime things get a bit difficult, they walk and blame it on lack of support, which is utter rubbish.

We support them 100% but they sometimes refuse to take you up on it.

Anyway, i keep reading what I wrote and think... yes but on MSE they are always fighting, just like the real word, with words instead of swords. but what I meant was if we were a virtual world, there would be no fighting...well utopia anyway.

anyhow wanted to pm you about the mothers thing that you worked with.

    Too right :)

In fairness, if i'm working long hours, i do get reimbursed accordingly. Its just when you add the totals at the end of the year, its offset against the ' lean times '. So if i have to work 24 hours a day, then i have to work 24 hours a day, whilst the work is available. Which is totally unacceptable, of course.

    Go for it.

I'm told you get benefits at a reduced rate, which i'm reluctant to entertain for the sake of £100. It may not sound like much money to some people, but i just don't have that spare amount of cash. Its still floating around the universe somewhere, ( along with a considerable sum of money, it has to be said ).

I've done another of those ' biggie ' shops this week.A shop where i stocked up, and spent £25, so thats it again, for the forseeable future. Back to buying odd items, as and when. I don't think this is something that will change, now, so Lucy, wherever you are, i guess i'm still living quite frugally, compared to most, probably. Maybe i should amend my soa to include a budget of £25 - £30 a month, on food. I think i forgot my ni conts, too, and a budget for ' just in case ' tax.

What other treats do you have in your kitchen? :rotfl:
