I've finished early today as, well, because. It looks as though i may finally get a day off tomorrow, largely because its an enforced day off. I might go out to work later in the day though. But i've still got lots of paperwork to sort out, etc.

I'm tempted to get plastered and just drink myself into oblivion. But it might be the last time i see a royal occasion of this enormity. Because i am a huge royalist. All this anti monarchists, these days. people saying to me, why are you a royalist, thats our taxes keeping them. Yup, mine too, when it should be keeping me. But i'm still a royalist. The last vestige of British Tradition. Not much of that left, in Britain, these days. Lets face it. Billions of people will be watching around the world. Why? Give me the reason why? Give me the reason why not? They are our HERITAGE. We are BRITISH. I wish i could say proud to be British, but i don't think you are allowed to be British, anymore. Ohhh no.


I was watching Fred Dibnah on tv early this morning, favouring it to the news. Now HE embraced all things British, and northern, at that. In some ways, his story was quite sad.


Anyway. Its good to see a couple looking so happy, and i so hope, they stay that way. I wish i could go to a street party, but where are all these supposed to be? That just does'nt happen nowadays, either. No sense of community, anymore. Long live the Queen, Prince William, Kate, and Britain.

No, we are allowed to call ourselves British.

And there is nothing wrong with being proud of your British heritage.

I was thinking of doing a street party where we live, but walking up and down the road, knew what 90% of the road would say, who would actually come and get involved, etc, etc. so thought better of it.

I remember the last street party, it was the Queen's Silver Jubilee. We had a lovely street party. I was still quite new to the country and didn't quite understand it, and trying to get my family to explain it... well let's just say there is a reason I no longer talk to them!

Anyhow, I think tomorrow will be an interesting day. I watched Princess Diana get married, enforced by my sister insisting we watch. Tomorrow I have a choice.

I feel sorry for her in a way, it is going to a momentous occasion, and I am sure she will suffer more than the normal wedding day jitters. I mean the eyes of the world will be on her!

It is going to be a whole new life for her.

When you say you met someone, and told them you were going the other way, did you mean the conversation about not being on this earth any longer?

In trying to get you the instructions on setting up your blog, I have set one up for me, temporary blog name and user id, as I don't want what I had to input so I could give you the instructions. But I have been saying I was going to start a blog, here is the first step.

Now I need to think about what I am going to put in the blog and what to call it, etc. I kinda know what I want to put in it anyway, just haven't formed the ideas properly.

Maybe i'll post a photo of my car, just for you Aesop. Some photos of the Galapagos, too. That just about sums up my photos. With some yachting photos, too. Round Anglesey. I love Anglesey. I learned to sail there, and Fort Belan is such a great place for a break, too. Is'nt the Queen granting Wills a few years living on Anglesey, whilst he continues his career, so they have some normality of newly wedded life. Somehow i think they are so ' into ' each other, it will be as natural as it could ever be, in those cicumstances.

I'd like to read your blog, Aesop. Strangely, i don't know anyone on here, yet i feel everyone knows too much about me, to the point where i feel i should be careful what i say, in my diary, now. I will set mine up tomorrow. I just feel so exhausted, today.

Yes, that would be great to see pics of your sailing holiday and your car.

I know you keep saying you don't know much about any of us. But I think we don't like to say to much as it is your diary, so we shouldn't be blathering on about ourselves.

Although I do post a little here and there about myself. Mostly about DS, but not much as you have to be careful who is reading out there and storing info about you.

My blog - don't know if it would tell you much more about me but I am going to try and make it work for me, so I can help others but also try to make some money for myself from it, affiliate links and referral links.

On the 3rd option, on privacy settings, you can put in the user id of the person you want to read your blog, but they must have an id on wordpress.com

It says to you ,who do you want to read this, and you put in their details.

yes, you can post a link to the blog on here.

you need to copy the address from the web address bar and copy and paste it. You need to highlight the whole address, so put your cursor at the beginning of the address, ie http: and then depending on what browser you use, Ie internet explorer, it will probably highlight the whole line for you.

right click on this, click on copy,and then come to your diary and right click and paste in a new reply.

If people want to be able to read your blog, get them to PM you with their id, and then you can add them.

it doesn't matter what browser you use. what are you currently using?

Just reread your post. It does'nt really matter what information anyone stores on me, does it? A has been, down and out, nonentity, soon to be *******. I just deleted this, as its an idea for a name for my blog.............
