:grouphug::grouphug::grouphug: Sending a group hug to you Ani26/NH (a name is just a name you know;) )

I do understand the frustrations you have ( been there myself) & my guess is that you feel like you are going around in circles right now.

I know you are strong enough to face this...remember that life is like a good walk...so many hills & valleys with different & varied paths along the way....how many times do we walk along the toughest of hills & suddenly see the most unexpected, amazing view open up before us.

You have to keep looking ahead as that great view may be just around the next turn...I`ve said this before but thats why I walk...it makes me face the path in front of me.

Can you get out & about ? even a local park? I shall be up in the hills tomorrow but fresh air is free & can be found right outside your own front door.

Beanie is lovely and has the best advice, when there is advice to give.

Nothing more I can say either. Just maybe by some miracle, your other job will pay you and miraculously that money is in your account monday.

Maybe cancel your direct debit/standing order for rent before monday? Unless the bank has already earmarked it like some do.

Sadly, it will be a miracle. Do you believe in miracles?

Thanks ssa, i love you to bits, too xx

I'm not sure about the name. I still have all of Nohope's problems, and its still very much, a real account of my thoughts.

I hope you had a good walk today. Take me with you in spirit, and spread some karma xx

Beanie, i've just realised, i'm coming to the big E, twice this week, ( well, i'm supposed to be coming ). Only fleeting visits, though, ( very fleeting ) :p

Finished work early today, so i've just spent almost 5 hours sorting out my paperwork and accounts. No tv and no computer. No distractions. I'm just about up to date, now. I've let myself get in such a mess with them, as ever. I've got to start doing it on a daily basis. Far easier than trying to sort it all out. I now know exactly how much i'm owed, and its worse than i thought. Although i seem to have had a fair bit of work, theres nowhere near enough to keep me solvent. My outgoings are still more than my incomings, and i'm living frugally, as it is. There must be some help available somewhere. I've got to find it. I'm reliant on this pay i'm waiting for, and theres only a few additional bits and bats to come. I knew march was going to be bad, but not this bad. Its been seriously quiet, since i went back to work, and all the promises of up and coming work, have'nt been fulfilled, yet. I've had a weeks worth of work come in, and theres no option, to not do it. Its worth almost a grand, to me, and its not very often you're guaranteed that amount of revenue. The bad news is, i need up front expenses, and it won't be paid into my account until the end of may. So thats another two month wait, but at least i know they will, definitely, pay it. So i've had a brainwave tonight, and i'm going to try and sell my mobile, on monday. I wish i'd thought of it earlier, today. Never mind. Extreme straits call for extreme measures, and its going to be inconvenient, but at least i have an old phone, i can use in its place. But it makes me wonder where it will all end. I'll be selling the clothes i'm standing up in, soon. I've few personal possessions to sell. I've no idea how much i can get for it, but i need at least ££90 to make it viable. £50 for the rest of the rent, and the rest to get to work. Who am i kidding? I really do, have my head in the clouds.

I've decided today, i won't sell my car. Thats another, who am i kidding? But in real terms, i HAVE spent too much money, just to get it to its present condition. I was thinking today, even down to the lightbulbs. Almost every bulb has gone recently, the headlights, brake lights etc. Even though they don't cost much, they've all been replaced. Its too much of a gem to sell, and if i can't keep it on the road, later this month, than i'll take it, off the road again, until i've the funds for the road tax, etc. If i have'nt got the funds, i have'nt got the funds. Do i keep the car on the road, so i can go to work, or do i pay ni conts, so i can claim wtc. Its a fine line. Decisions, decisions

Whats prompted my decision today? A chance conversation with another freak, cheered me up no end. Someone came over to me in the car park, (free ), and asked, is that your car? Theres nothing i like better, than car talk. Apparently someone else had been looking at it, as they'd just sold their own. They'd cried when they sold it. Well, yes, i can identify with that. I cried when i sold my first one, too. Cried when i lost the second one, and doubtless i'd cry if i sold this one. Theres just something about them. They get right under your skin, and i know that anyone that drives one, feels the same. Its good to know i'm not the only nutter. I feel in need of a really good blast on my favourite stretch of motorway. Clear the cobwebs

Your are not a freak or a nutter!!!!!

Good job getting the paperwork up to date :T There are several places that will buy mobile phones so it is worth shopping around.

Aesop - My BIL used to have an MG Midget, with a soft top and a hard top, it was lovely :) I spent many days sitting on the little ledge behind the two seats.

I didn't have time to take a picture of it on my phone, hence the old advert...lol.

It was the closest I could find to it. But it was so nice to see it. I just stopped and stared at it, and then it turned round and came back. I was saying to my friend look at that beautiful car, she was just not seeing it the same way as me.
