Agreed!!!! All I've had all day is a plain cereal bar, so I'm REALLY looking forward to supper (now I'm not feeling _pale_ any more) :rolleyes:

YAY KittyKat,that dinner looks lovely,told ya ya puds would be fine.Your meat looks miles better than mine.At least you sliced it properly,I just stick a fork in it and twist it and drag the meat off.

Those roasties look gorgeous too,I`ve never done mine with the meat,I bet the taste lovely.

How did ya yorkies taste?

Hazzie - wasn't planning to, but I will post pix of my next roast if you like! Perhaps I should do one next weekend???? I usually just do them 'at random' when the local supermarket has a bargain joint (unless a special occasion, when the butcher gets a visit )

I was amazed at how the Yorkies came out. I always cook my pots round the meat you get yummy yummy flavours from it!
I used an electric knife to slice it
