    Hmm I dunno, I do have a leg o lamb in the freezer awaiting prep!

    Its not the roast dinner (as I do one most weeks) its the picture taking thats a blimmin hassle.

    Maybe ask OH to shoot a few while im having a stressy fit in the middle of serving, burning myself and generally having a hot flush of 120 degrees!!!

    You wanna try taking photos, downloading them to PC, uploading to photobucket, resizing, then posting on MSE all without letting stuff burn. :rotfl: :cool:

    I thought doing the pics was more stressful than making the dinner,but once ya figure out how to do them it aint too bad.


    I dunno what meat I`m gunna do this sunday,but it defo wont be beef,I`m not keen on that.

    Wonder how many others will be doing it this sunday,I hope there is loads.

    I will be doing another Roast this weekend.... other half thinks he has died and gone to heaven!! lol
    Hopefully will be doing Beef this time....

    Also can we do a dessert cook off too?? I am a bit pants at desserts but do have a very scrummy trifle recipie.......

    OKOK I give in :eek: Im cooking Lamb with rosemary and mint sauce.

    Next weekend would be even better as I just ordered a rib of beef joint for next sunday Mmmm.....
